This page describes the procedures for administering the site in relation to the processing of personal data of users.
This notice is made also pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003 - Code regarding personal data protection – to those who interact with the web services of this site, accessible at the following addresses: www.elettrocf.com and www.elettrocf.it corresponding to the initial page of the company site. 
The information is provided only for Elettro c.f. s.r.l. site and not for other web sites, eventually consulted by the user through the link. 

Following consultation of this site, data relating to persons, companies or authorities, identified or identifiable, may be processed. 
The "owner" of their treatment is Elettro c.f. s.r.l. with offices in via Miglioli n. 24 – 40024 Castel San Pietro Terme (BO) Italy - in person of its pro tempore Manager Mr. Paolo Volta.

The treatments associated with the services on this web site are performed at the aforementioned office of Elettro c.f. s.r.l. and are only handled by technical personnel of the processor, or by others charged with occasional maintenance operations. 
No data from the web service is communicated or disseminated. 
Personal data provided by users who forward requests for informative material (brochures, features of the services offered, answers to questions and requested clarifications, etc.) are used only to perform the services and shall be provided to third parties only where this is necessary (sending of publicity and/or illustrative material requested, etc.).

Computer systems and software procedures for running this web site acquire, during their normal exercise, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the communication protocols of the Internet.

Under the same article, they shall have the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data treated in violation of the law, and to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their treatment.
